Problem in online PMP version 2 link?

Under the online-course, I've tried access the online PMP version 2.0 at above site. It suppose to be an interactive e-learning but the window always show loading and can't be proceed further. Can I know is there anything wrong with this site or how should I get to work around with it?

允许弹出窗口,安装好FLASH插件,其它没什么要求..

I've flash installed in my machine. I can see the flash in the window but it's loading forever and never get to work.

Is it any possible that I can download that this course and run thr' it locally on my machine?

I've paid 10 bucks for the download info but it's not working. Can you check this out.

你可以换个机器试试,WEB服务器上的东西下载不了.

I've changed a few machines, still unable to view that interactive course.

You mentioned that the online course is not available for download, but at the pmp page

I've followed the above link and paid 10 bucks for the access code. But the FTP login/password info provided doesn't allow me to login and I can't see what's in the FTP. Can you help to check is that FTP info. still valid?

I've seached the folders and it wasn't there.
But there are some folders which are inaccessible, such as 认证视频 and 认证资料, can I know if that pmp could it be in there and how can I access it?
