Who can tell me the good study stuff for the JNCIP testing,specially the lab material?

It depends on your background. I found CCIE a little harder because it was
my first lab cert and I had to learn about loads of stuff I'd either
forgotten (X.25) or never used (Appletalk, LAT etc). Having not studied for
20 years it came as a shock. Subsequently the JNCIX stuff was a little
easier for me beacuse I was current in all the joint stuff (IGP's, BGP etc),
I used to teach the Juniper courses regularly and my background is service
provider which was the Juniper thing when I did the lab.
Having said that the Juniper lab certs required much greater knowledge depth
in each subject. The
Cisco labs covered a lot more subject matter in the
same timeframe and consequently had less depth in most. For the Juniper
stuff you really do need to know each subject extremely well.
Finally you can obtain all sorts of aids for the cisco certs. Practice labs,
books, the xxxxxstudy list etc they all help immensely. The Juniper stuff
still retains an air of mysytery like the Cisco stuff did years ago.
