Certification Summary:
For security professionals who demonstrate knowledge and skill in maintaining enterprise security systems that use RSA Security's SecurID product.
Target audience: System, security or help desk administrators who need to administer and support RSA SecurID products.
Initial requirements:
Must pass the certification exam ($150) required for the candidate's chosen specialization; i.e., RSA SecurID, and sign the RSA Certified Security Professional Agreement.
Continuing requirements:
To maintain your active certification, you must comply with the RSA Certified Security Professional Policies and Procedures. Re-certification will be required for every major product release. (For example, RSA SecurID 3.x to 4.x)
Additionally, RSA reserves the right to require re-certification for other point releases deemed sufficiently significant to warrant re-certification testing.
You will be required to comply with any and all applicable continuing certification requirements by periodically taking a re-certification exam that tests your knowledge of the features and functionality of any major product release.
