Which one is popular? Sybase or SQL Server?

Because 70-229 is based on SQL Server, I have to learn SQL Server. But I am not sure whethe it is worth to do so. Which one is popular? Sybase or SQL Server?

Yes .... SQL server 2000 --- many companies migrate and use SQLserver 2000 .....
And now, SQL server 2005 .....

OK. Thank for your help. It seems that Sybase and SQL Server are quite similar, but SQL Server seems having more advanced features. Right?
