Position: Senior Hardware Design Engineer
Location: Chengdu
Employment status: Long term
· Lead and Implement design
· Draft and review product specification
· Setup product concept
· Achieve project targets on cost, quality and delivery time
· Close cooperation with other Ericsson R&D
· Close cooperation with suppliers
· Establish and continue to develop design environment
QUALIFICATION· Bachelor or higher degree of University, major in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of Wireless Communication Network and Systems
· Excellent knowledge of design areas, mastering at least one of the areas analogue design, digital design, RF design, Cavity Filter design and PA-design etc.
· A minimum of 5 years experience of technical work within Telecom industry
Strong communication and social skills
Good leadership skill
